We offer various ways for you to pay for your order, including: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and PayPal. More detail can be found below.
Credit card payments
Payment for all Products must be made by credit or debit card. We currently accept payment using the following cards:
- American Express
- Visa Credit
- Visa Debit
We only accept UK registered cards and payment on these cards is collected on our behalf by Worldpay. As soon as your order is placed we request authorisation for payment from your bank. This includes orders that are to be delivered on a specific date.
To reduce the risk of your authorisation being rejected by your card issuer please read below:
- Make sure your personal details are correct and match those registered to your bank account.
- When pre-ordering items, ensure the expiry date of your card is not outside the expected release date for your items.
- Make sure your card is registered to the billing address.
- Sign up to a card authentication scheme such as Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.
- If you are placing a high value order, consider informing your bank before purchase.
We accept PayPal payments. When paying via PayPal you will be re-directed to the PayPal website to complete your payment. You will need to login with your PayPal username and password. Please check the details on the PayPal site before confirming the payment.
If you are not a PayPal customer today you can still use this payment method either by registering yourself for a new account or using the credit card payment option to pay as a guest via PayPal.
Spread the cost with PayPal Credit
PayPal Credit is like a credit card you can use for your online purchases and gives you the flexibility to spread your payments in easy-to-manage monthly in installments giving you more time to pay. It takes minutes to apply and if you’re approved you’ll have a credit limit in your PayPal account right away.
If you apply and are approved for PayPal Credit, you can use the credit limit granted to pay for today’s purchase and future purchases up to your credit limit.
PayPal Credit customers can access instalment offers at the Samsung eShop, giving you the flexibility to spread your payments into easy-to-manage monthly instalments. Samsung eShop instalment purchases qualify for 14.9% p.a. for a fixed period depending on the length of the term selected. Example of a Samsung eShop instalment offer: A £1200 purchase would be 24 monthly payments of £57.60, with a total amount payable of £1382.38 total amount payable. The total cost of credit is £182.38 and the rate of interest is 14.9% p.a. (fixed).

- Are a UK resident aged 18 years or older
- Have a good credit history
- Are not currently declared bankrupt
- Have an income greater than £7,500 per year

How Credit will work for future purchases
If you are approved for a credit limit with PayPal Credit and use it for future purchases, the APR for those purchases will not be more than our standard rate of interest, currently 17.9%, and may be even lower if you select one of our offers.
